Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain system requirements released

Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain's system requirements have just been released, placing a 4th gen Intel i5 as the minimum CPU requirement. Should we be worried?

Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain system requirements released

All in all when compared to Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes PC requirements, The Phantom Pain is not significantly higher, with GPU requirements being exactly the same and the CPU requirements being lightly bumped up from an Sandybridge i5 to a Haswell based 4th generation i5. Hopefully this means that this game will be an equally good PC port.

Sadly we have not been given the requirement of the game for both AMD CPUs and GPUs, which is sad to see.

Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 (2GB) or better (DirectX 11 card Required)
DirectX: Version 11
Hard Drive: 28 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
