Modders allow PSVR to work on PC with SteamVR

Trinus, a team of modders which wants to bring PC-grade VR gaming to all current VR headsets,  has released a driver which will allow Sony's PSVR headset to work with SteamVR on PC.

This driver is currently in beta and limits the headset's refresh rate to 60Hz, but it allows PSVR owners to have an Oculus Style sit-down VR experience on their PC using what is currently the cheapest gaming-oriented VR headset on the market.

All users will need to do is connect their PSVR headset to their PC using a USB 3.0 port and an HDMI 1.4+ cable, using the headset's breakout box. The headset will support full head tracking in games, though motion controller support is currently unavailable.
