MSI plans to release custom RX 7900 XT/XTX graphics cards in Q1 2023

Expect to see RX 7000 series GPUs from MSI in early 2023

MSI are one of the largest and best known manufacturers of graphics cards, and the company has confirmed that they will be selling custom Radeon RX 7900 XT and RX 7900 XTX graphics cards in early 2023.

When AMD launched their Radeon RX 7900 series of graphics cards this week, MSI were the only major AMD partner to not launch any RDNA 3 graphics cards. Andreas Schilling, Editor of HardwareLuxx, has confirmed that while MSI has no plans to sell MBA (Made by AMD) Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards, the company does plan to release custom RX 7000 series graphics cards in Q1 2023.

At this time, it is unknown what MSI’s plans are for RDNA 3, though they will likely include the creation of RX 7900 Gaming X Trio series graphics cards, and may even include new SUPRIM X models. MSI may be late to the RDNA 3 party, but they will not be skipping AMD’s RX 7000 series.
