Is that a good thing or a bad thing cause i don't know.

In every game i have played over the years i have never seen tearing at all even in my completely modded Skyrim.Quote

Fast Sync enables the frames to over your monitors refresh rate without tearing and also helps lower latency, Lag etc....Quote

I don't know about that.

Maybe cause i don't know what it is and i have never looked for it.

I do have something wrong with my eyes, here there called floaters i have been told it's common with people who use a computer a lot.Quote

Screen tearing is when an image on screen quite literally tears, Example, Look at the trees at the top and bottom -
