Nvidia Release Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain 4K/60FPS Trailer

Nvidia have released an exclusive new Metal Gear Solid trailer which showcases the game at 4K at 60FPS. The PC version of the game will be the flagship version of the game, with higher resolution textures, more light sources and more graphical updates.

You can see a graphical comparison between the PS4 and PC versions of the game here.

As many of you already know, this game is an Nvidia GameWorks title and is available right now for free with select Nvidia GPUs and will now be released on the same date on PC as on the consoles, which is 2 weeks earlier than was originally planned.

A few dys ago the PC system requirements of this game were made available, showing that this game can be ran on as little as a GTX 650.

All in all when compared to Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes PC requirements, The Phantom Pain is not significantly higher, with GPU requirements being exactly the same and the CPU requirements being lightly bumped up from an Sandybridge i5 to a Haswell based 4th generation i5. Hopefully this means that this game will be an equally good PC port.

Sadly we have not been given the requirement of the game for both AMD CPUs and GPUs, which is sad to see.
