Let's have a look at Nvidia's launch day RTX 4090 prices

So, how much does Nvidia's RTX 4090 graphics card cost? Nvidia's official MSRP for their RTX 4090 is £1699 in the UK, but the reality is that Nvidia's MSRP price is the company's minimum price for their latest graphics cards. Most GPU manufacturers have launched premium RTX 4090 GPU models, many of which are launching for much higher price points.

When Nvidia launched their RTX 4090 graphics cards we checked the retail pricing of all AIB RTX 4090 models that are available in the UK from Overclockers UK, Scan, Ebuyer, and Box, giving us a look at that Nvidia's RTX 4090 price structure looks like. Many of these GPU models are already out of stock at retailers, with the cheapest models selling out first. 

Below, we can see that the pricing of most RTX 4090 graphics card models are around or above £1800. Relatively few models are available at Nvidia's MSRP pricing, and a large number of models are available for over £2,000. Large premiums over Nvidia's MSRP pricing are commonplace with modern GPU launches, especially now that Nvidia's highest-end models have climbed to prices well over £1,000.
