PSA - Battlefield 1's Resolution Scale Option is broken

Battlefield 1's Resolution scale option is broken in the Open Beta, with 42% acting as your monitor's native resolution instead of 100%.

Below you can see an image of Dice's description for their resolution scale option, which is currently false. Hopefully, Dice will soon patch this issue as it is going to confuse a lot of PC players as if you set resolution scale to 100% players will see a significant decrease in the game's performance.

We recommend that players do not adjust their resolution scale setting, or reset their graphical settings in order to set it to your display's native resolution. Manually setting your resolution scale to 40 will not set the game to your monitor's native resolution.

Well that explains *alot*.

I set mine to 50% thinking it was best to scale using a multiplier lol.. and fps was pretty respectable and I didn't think it looked bad at all.. I guess that answers thatQuote

Yeah I wonder just how buggy this is rather than just a scale error.
Notice how the deploy screen seems much lower res than after you've deployed.

I'll admit I didn't spend too long, it could have been a low post setting I had.Quote

You would have, and then your FPS would have tanked heavily :PQuote

If you have an AMD GPU you'll love the dx12 performance Quote
