ROG OC Showdown: 8Pack and der8auer break three world records

 

ASUS ROG OC Showdown Area 2015 has come to an end, and the results are in. Nineteen overclockers competed in this overclocking competition, and two of them clearly won the competition. Participants 8Pack and der8auer smashed three(!) overclocking world records, with amazing scores with Catzilla in 1440p, Catzilla in 720p and 3DMark11 Performance.

The records were broken using an ASUS Rampage V Extreme motherboard with ASUS GeForce Titan X cards in triple- and quad-SLI. 8Pack, a well-known overclocker from the UK, broke two world records. He got an astounding score of 56,747 in Catzilla in 1440p and 53,396 marks in 3DMark11 Performance. With this he won $1,500 in prize money. German overclocker der8auer broke the world record of Catzilla in 720p with a score of 94,997. He took home $750 with this record.
