MyDrivers has leaked what they claim to be the specifications of Nvidia’s rumoured GTX 1070 Ti GPU, which is allegedly releasing in early November at a price that is 12.5% lower than their GTX 1080.

According to these leaked specifications, this GPU will offer very similar levels of GPU performance in core-limited scenarios, though it will offer significantly less memory bandwidth, which could turn into a limiting factor in certain games and other applications.

When compared to the GTX 1070 we can see that the GTX 1070 Ti has 512 more CUDA cores and offers the same levels of memory bandwidth while also offering a higher base GPU clock speed.

This GPU also alleged to have the same TDP as Nvidia’s more powerful GTX 1080, which is somewhat interesting but ultimately irrelevant given how similar both GPUs are.

Nvidia’s rumoured GTX 1070 Ti will be based on GP-104, the same GPU that the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 are already based on, making it exceptionally easy for Nvidia to create a new SKU with a new core configuration and the same PCB designs as Nvidia previously used.
