Samsung has showcased a 3440x1440 100Hz HDR ready curved FreeSync display that will be available to purchase later this year.

Samsung claims that this monitor has 125% sRGB colour gamut support, using a high-quality VA panel with a 4ms response time.
This monitor will come with a nice white rear, which has a cover for the rear input connections to aid with cable management. This monitor will support both DisplayPort and HDMI inputs, both of which have support for AMD FreeSync/ VESA Adaptive Sync tehcnology at 100Hz, though a minimum FreeSync refresh rate has not been specified.
This is likely to be the first of many HDR compatible high-resolution displays to hit the market later this year, starting the HDR monitor revolution.
At this time Samsung has not given this monitor a model number, release date or retail price.
