Total War: WARHAMMER - Introducing Dwarfen Units

Total War: Warhammer will be very different from any other previous Total War game, adding magic and non-human races like trolls, and now dwarfs.

In the first Total War: Warhammer introducing series we saw Demi-griffs, a horse like animal which which is much more deadly in battle. This second introducing trailer showcases the Dwarfen race, which has sports some of the best equipement in the game and some of the most powerful warriors, at least for their size.

In this ‘Introducing’ video, the Dwarfen units revealed are Longbeards, Ironbreakers and Hammerers. Dwarfs are expert craftsmen, most working in ancient forges and workshops where centuries, if not millennia, of hereditary knowledge are smithed into weapons and armour whose quality cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world. Dwarfs are expected to maintain their own arms and armour, and once they don their heavy Dwarf mail, they are an impressive sight to behold.

This is just a little taste of what is to come from Total War: Warhammer, which has me very excited to say the least. I will remind you that Creative Assembly has had a track reccord for releasing Total War games in a buggy state, so I would not advise that anyone Pre-order this title.
