World of Warcraft: Legion gets an Extended Preview

Blizzard has released an extended preview for World of Warcraft's upcoming Legion Expansion, showcasing a lot of what this new expansion has to offer players.

First of all the level cap is getting increased from 100 to 110 and players will be getting an additional character slot to play as the new Demon Hunter class. The Legion expansion will allow players to boost a single character to level 100, allowing new players to quickly join the action alongside their friends or allow existing players to boost one of their existing characters to the old level cap.

In this new expansion a new continent called the Broken Isles will be added to the game, adding 6 new zones called Azsuna, The Broken Shore, Highmountain, Stormheim, Suramar and Val'sharah. The new Mar'dun world has also been added to the game to act as a starting point for the new Demon Hunter class.

Please watch the video above for a full rundown, but from what I can see Blizzard has really been listening to the community to add more interesting content that will increase player retention and give players plenty of new content to play through.

I've ordered it, I'm happy with all the changes since I really disliked WoD and basically stopped once I hit 100..
Looking forward to some more WoW grinding Quote

I've not played for 18 months or more.
MoP was dreadful and WoD just seemed to be the final nail in the coffin for me.
Can't say i'm not tempted to go back again for Legion but I'll wait and see how it is on release (GF still plays so I'll have an hour on hers).Quote
