XFX RX 480 GPU has been pictured on the production line, with GPU-Z screenshots showing stock clock speeds of 1328MHz, clock speeds that are much higher than previously leaked benchmarks.

This GPU from XFX will use the same reference style blower cooler as the reference AMD model that has been showcased by AMD's Lisa Su at the PC Gaming show, with a full cover backplate and an AMD Fury X inspired aesthetic.

The GPU core will be cooled by a simple aluminium heat-fin-stack which has a copper core and internal copper heatpipes. The memory VRMs and the other GPU components will be cooled by a metallic baseplate, which receives direct airflow from the GPUs blower style fan.

Previous leaks show that the AMD RX 480 will have 2304 GCN 4.0 GPU cores and GPU core clocks of 1266MHz on the AMD reference model though now chiphell has shown an XFX model that will have higher stock clock speeds of 1328MHz, suggesting that AMD may have changed the reference clock speeds of this GPU late in its development.

Right now AMD has not revealed the exact specifications of this new GPU or how the new changes in AMD's Polaris architecture will affect the GPUs gaming performance, but right now many are expecting GPU performance that exceeds Nvidia's GTX 970 GPU and could perhaps compete with Nvidia's GTX 980 GPU.

I've seen a few reference MSI RX 480s already being shipped out to suppliers today.
