A Redditor by the name of Laxcc has found out that you can run across the map of Fallout 4 in roughly 11 minutes. Laxcc posted his marathon through post-apocalyptic Boston on YouTube, in which he runs through the map in a straight line from the North-West corner of the map to the South-East corner of the map.

Shortly after the video appeared online, it was removed for obvious reasons (NDA's being breached and all) by ZeniMax Media, the company that owns Bethesda Softworks. There used to be a mirror of the video available, but this has been taken down as well. The video obviously contained a lot of spoilers, so watching the video would've ruined a lot of the surprises.

Do note; you can run across the map in a straight line in 11 minutes, ignoring all side activities and indoor locations. It may not sound like much, but it's actually pretty impressive. The full map of Fallout 4 was leaked yesterday, revealing how big the world of Fallout 4 actually is.

You will be able to explore the world of Fallout 4 starting the 10th of November. Something is telling us that you'll be spending a lot more time than 11 minutes in post-apocalyptic Boston, though.

UPDATE: the video has been uploaded to Vimeo. Before you watch: this video will ruin a lot of the surprises in Fallout 4, so only watch this video is you don't mind spoilers. You can watch the video here.

Didn't look like it. The video just popped up on Vimeo (I've updated the article), and it was just him running around obstacles. Do note that I just skipped through the video. I think the fact that you can sprint now has impacted this time a lot. You couldn't do that in Fallout 3. I think 11 minutes is actually pretty impressive.Quote

This video comes to mind, showing that you can go from one far corner of Skyrim to the other in about 14 minutes.

I'm sure fallout 4 will be plenty big and rich with stuff to do, I think we will be fine.Quote

Yeah, I'm very optimistic as well. I'm convinced Fallout 4 is going to be great. Plus, while I skipped through the video, I did notice how diverse Fallout 4's landscapes are. I'm very excited!Quote
