ASUS have announced their new Republic of Gamers sheath Series desk mats, which are designed to hold both your mouse and your keyboard.
This new product from ASUS is easily one of the best-designed desk mats that I have seen from one of the major manufacturers, with stitched edges, a neat ROG patterned design and a matching red base. This desk mat is absolutely huge, coming in at 900mm x 440mm, giving you more than enough space to game effectively.
The woven surface is designed specifically to allow laser or optical mice to track with ease and its 3mm thickness gives your arms and wrists a comfortable place to sit while on your PC. The non-slip rubber base is designed to prevent this mat from slipping while in use, which is a common complaint from those who purchase cheaper mouse or desk mats, the stitched edges have also been expertly tested with heat and friction to ensure that the stitching did to fray during use.
ASUS ROG Sheath key points:
- - Stylish mouse pad with a woven surface designed for a smooth glide and pixel-precise control with all types of gaming mice
- - Massive 900 x 440 x 3mm dimensions, featuring a large ROG logo and Mayan-inspired detailing
- - Weighs 695g
- - Designed for long gaming stints — non-slip ROG-red rubber base and durable anti-fray stitched edges for "years of use".
At this time, ASUS has not announced the pricing of their ROG Desk Mats

Would be great if they could offer custom sizing and colours. I don't mind the ROG logo but a stealth version in Black/grey would be nice. Maybe they can put an owl on it instead for a Strix version.Quote
