One of EVGA’s most interesting product of CES 2018 is their upcoming Z10 keyboard, a product that adds an LCD screen into a mechanical keyboard to deliver a user using data from a game’s OSD, EVGA Precision, data for creating key macros and even showing simple things like the current time.

This design is not new, harkening back to the era of the Logitech G15 series, though it is something that has been ignored for quite some time, a huge annoyance for those using a G15 who want to move to a mechanical gaming keyboard with the same or similar features.

The Z10 keyboard shown is a version with Kailh MX Brown Switches, and red LED illumination, offering a 104-keyset with seven additional Macro keys (five at the right and two around the arrow pad). The keyboard will also be available with Kailh red switches, though at this time other switch types are not out of the question.

Users will be able to control what is visible on the keyboard’s screen using a piece of software called EVGA UNLEASH. The keyboard also includes a USB passthrough on the right-hand side of the unit.
