Oculus starts selling individual replacement Touch controllers

Now Oculus has started selling individual Touch controllers on their online store, allowing replacement controllers to be purchased individually for £69, which is a lot more affordable than the £99 complete Oculus Touch kit. The main problem here is that the more expensive Oculus Touch kit may offer some users better value because it includes a second controller and an additional Oculus Sensor (costs £59 on its own), which can be used to give users more accurate 360-degree tracking. 

While it is nice to see Oculus selling left and right touch controllers separately, it would have been nice to see a lower overall price tag for these additional controllers, as the price of a single controller is currently around 70% of the cost of a kit with two controllers and an extra Oculus Sensor. This pricing structure doesn’t offer users a great value proposition.
