Corsair delivers Workstation-Grade WS DDR5 RDIMM ECC kits to market

Corsair enters the workstation memory market with WS DDR5 RDIMM ECC modules

Corsair has officially released their first workstation-grade DDR5 memory modules. Meet the Corsair WS DDR5 RDIMM ECC series, which is ready to power the latest AMD Threadripper and Intel Xeon based systems.

With these new memory kits, Corsair are offering users kit sizes of up to 256GB (8x32GB) and memory speeds of up to 6400 MT/s with CL32 timings. These kits are XMP 3.0 and AMD EXPO compliant, making them easy to use in modern systems.

Corsair have created these memory kits with specifications that surpass JEDEC’s DDR5 memory specifications with higher frequencies and tighter timings. This helps to ensure optimal memory performance during heavy workloads. With ECC support, these modules are more reliable and stable than standard DDR5 memory modules thanks to its real-time error detection and correction capabilities.

These new WS DDR5 memory kits from Corsair are available with capacities ranging from 64GB (4x16GB) to 256GB (8x32GB). 128GB kits are also available in the form of 4x32GB and 8x16GB kits.

Corsair’s new WS DDR5 memory modules are now available from Corsair’s webstore.
