HyperX has started shipping Predator RGB DDR4 memory with Infrared Sync Technology

HyperX, Kingston’s gaming division, has released new Predator series memory kits with RGB illumination, which used Kingston’s patented Infrared Sync Technology and can match your system’s lighting without the need for external cables through software.

These new Predator RGB memory DIMMs come with support for ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion and MSI Mystic Light, with kits shipping with two or four DIMMs with 16GB and 32GB capacities respectively. Each kit comes with Intel XMP 2.0 support and speeds of 2933MHz and capacities of 8GB per DIMM. More speed/capacity options are expected to release in the near future.

HyperX’s Infrared Sync technology makes one of your DDR4 DIMMs into a master DIMM, which is used to synchronise each DIMM’s lighting, preventing your RGB memory from getting out of sync with your other DIMMs or your full RGB system.

The new HyperX Predator DDR4 RGB comes equipped with a LED light bar with fluid RGB lighting effects. The memory is compatible with lighting control software from a range of motherboard vendors including ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, and MSI Mystic Light Sync. Additional information about software and motherboard compatibility is available online at respective partner websites.
