SK Hynix Launch Premium RAM

It's always nice to see new high end hardware enter the market and SK Hynix, who supply DRAM IC's to the likes of Corsair and G.SKILL, have announced a new memory line-up to be sold by partner KLEVV.

They are clearly aimed at gamers as well as enthusiasts and overclockers looking for beautifully understated DDR3 or DDR4 modules. The frequencies and timings on offer within the higher ranges are phenomenal and clearly the IC's are very carefully screened, a distinct advantage of the close relationship with SK Hynix.

Aside the line heading DDR4 'Cras' and DDR3 'Genuine' modules KLEVV are also offering what look to be more slightly more budget orientated Urbane and Neo lines.

Adorned with rather sexy heatsinks and fascinating LED lighting with the performance to back up the looks these could be a serious contender for those of you in the market for high end memory.

Join the discussion on SK Hynix and KLEVV's premium RAM modules.

Really Really like those DDR4 Cras modules. Good writeup JR, you're right these look like a great choice for those wanting that sleek understated look.

Let's hope they're as good as they look/sound.

I'm surprised Samsung haven't yet entered the high end RAM consumer market. Last modules i remember from them were those green ones that overclocked ridiculously and didn't have a heatsink

TOM: Will you be able to get your hands on a set of these when they're released?Quote
