|“OCZ is excited to display a wide range of innovative new solutions at this year’s CeBIT show,” said Ryan Petersen, CEO, OCZ Technology Group. “We are solidifying our leadership position in memory and power supplies with new products that really push the envelope in terms of performance, and will be tripling the size of our cooling offering, as well as revolutionizing the way consumers interact with computers and games with pioneering Neural Impulse Actuator technology.”
OCZ has experienced enormous growth of their European channel by delivering premium OCZ products and devoted end-user and channel support to the entire region. In addition to an immersive and dedicated staff in Europe, OCZ has stepped up product development to ensure OCZ is a frontrunner in enthusiast-grade technology at CeBIT 2007.
As the leader in high performance memory, OCZ will be showcasing ultra-high speed solutions designed for stunning benchmarking and out-of-this-world overclocking. The latest enthusiast-grade memory modules will integrate the exclusive OCZ Flex XLC (Xtreme Liquid Convection) and Reaper HPC (Heat Pipe Conduit) cooling solutions. These innovative thermal management mechanisms offer advanced heat dissipation and improve module longevity. CeBIT onlookers can see these impressive modules running in live system demos at the OCZ booth. With the recent release of Microsoft Windows® Vista™, OCZ will be encouraging end-users to take full advantage of what the new operating system has to offer with optimized Vista Upgrade kits available in 4GB.
CeBIT 2007 is the ideal platform to introduce new products to the already versatile OCZ lineup of flash memory. The soon to be released Trifecta Secure Digital™ cards are designed with utmost convenience in mind and are a complete, all-in-one combination of Micro SD, SD, and a USB key. Two new USB 2.0 flash drives will be presented to the media and customers attending CeBIT this year. The ultra-fast ATV drive features a heavy-duty rubber casing designed for ultimate durability. The DashDrive has an integrated low-power screen that displays storage statistics and can be customized with name, date, or one of 10 personally created bitmap pictures for true personalization.
Building on the success of the award-winning GameXStream, OCZ will be bringing to the market two exceptional power supplies for mainstream gamers and power-users. The ModXStream incorporates the highly efficient and premium quality core of the OCZ GameXStream with a user-friendly modular cable management system. For a mainstream price, the 600W StealthXStream combines a simple exterior with the quiet and reliable OCZ-engineered core.
At the foundation of OCZ’s latest breakthrough technology is pioneering cooling solutions. In addition to proprietary memory heatsinks and the recently announced Vindicator CPU cooler, OCZ will be highlighting the HydroJet, a self contained liquid CPU cooler which offloads heat more efficiently than conventional air cooling solutions, and makes it easier than ever before for consumers to take advantage of the benefits of liquid cooling.
CeBIT sets the stage for exciting, futuristic technology to come face to face with the public. OCZ will be introducing (via live demo) the NIA (Neural Impulse Actuator) which is an innovative input device that takes is the next step towards a full integration of central and peripheral nerve activity into controlling personal computers. Neural signals are decoded and combined with each other to create unique commands based on the specific permutation of brain, eye, and facial muscle activity. OCZ is implementing this pioneering technology in upcoming solutions that address PC productivity and gaming applications. With a diversified offering of innovative PC products, OCZ aims make their mark on this year’s CeBIT and PC enthusiasts, gamers, and savvy mainstream consumers around the world.
