Three years ago Paul Devine pleaded guilty to fraud, conspiracy and money laundering charges and avoided the maximum 20 year sentence for his crimes but was told to pay $4.5 million dollars.

The sentence was given at San Jose Federal Court on Friday the 5th of December 2014, 3 years after he pleaded guilty. No reason was given for the delay in sentencing after pleading guilty.

Many would say that Paul Devine has gotten off lightly here, but what are your thoughts on this? You can join the discussion on this former Apple Executive being imprisoned and fined $4.5 Million on the OC3D Forums.
