Overclockers UK tease their Black Friday sale

Black Friday is probably one of the best things that the US has sent back to the motherland, giving buyers everywhere a great opportunity to snag some bargains before Christmas and PC gamers a great opportunity to upgrade their PCs with more affordable prices.

For PC builders here in the UK, Overclockers will likely be on of your first ports of call on Black Friday, where the website will be hosting a large number of deals on a wide range of hardware and systems. The staff at Overclockers UK have reminded me that their Black Friday sale did start one day early last year, so perhaps the kings of Haribo will jump the gun once again on November 24th.

If you are looking to buy new hardware at bargain basement prices Black Friday is a day that you certainly should mark on your calendar, giving buyers in the UK the opportunity to push their hard saves pounds that little bit further.

Too bad really, from what I have seen in the past, some of the deals are really good even after taking into account international shipping..Quote

Lol..'bargain basement prices'. ..at OCUK? That'll be the day. They'll probably jack their prices up a week or two before the sale so they can then claim 'massive savings' on Black Friday without getting into to trouble with the advertising authorities. No different to what many retailers do of course but OCUK are a particularity bad example of the price gouging mentality that is prevalent amongst UK retailers.Quote

Yeah OCUK charged £70 more than Scan for an NVME M.2 SSD because Scans was on pre-order and OCUK had stock.

Scans came into stock and quickly sold out so OCUK kept the price high.

I know they are a business but they are beyond greedy.Quote
