EVGA launches its SuperNova 1300 M1 Mining Power Supply

EVGA is taking full advantage of 2021’s cryptocurrency mining craze, revealing their new SuperNova 1300 M1 Mining Power Supply, offering users six VGA power connectors, each of which features a PCIe 6-pin and a PCIe 6+2 pin power connector.

This power supply was first spotted by @I_Leak_VN on Twitter, though we have since spotted the power supply on Newegg for $314.99. This power supply offers users up to 1300 watts of power with 80+ Gold efficiency levels. This PSU is designed to power a large number of graphics cards, supporting up to six GPUs that use an 8+6-pin PCIe power configuration.

With this power supply, EVGA is officially supporting cryptocurrency miners, creating a Mining PSU brand for this exact purpose. With this product being mining-focused, EVGA has decided to ship this unit with minimalist cardboard packaging and relatively few CPU power, SATA and Molex connectors. This PSU is designed to power a multitude of graphics cards and practically noting else.
