From the 1st of December 2008 SilverPower will offer a 48 hour collection service in the event of a fault with a SilverPower PSU. The reason we are offering this is that we are confident in the quality of our brand so rest assure that you are in good hands if your purchase one of our power supplies.
The pickup service will be available for the first year from when the power supply is purchased. However the power supplies do have a two year warranty so in the event of a failure in the second year we will still provide service however the consumer will be required to send the power supply back to our testing suite in mainland UK.
