MEGA POWER! Silverstone launch HELA 2500Rz 2500W Power Supply

This PSU has enough UMPH to power three RTX 5090 graphics cards

Silverstone is pushing the limits of PSU tech with their new 2500W HELA 2500Rz power supply, offering users four 12V-2×6 power connectors and a Cybenetics platinum efficiency rating.

The headline feature of this power supply is its 2500W rating and its compact 200mm depth. This gives this power supply a power density of 969W per litre. With 2500 watts of power at its disposal, this PSU can power a system with up to four RTX 5080 GPUs or three RTX 5090 GPUs. This power supply is perfect for GPU-heavy AI systems and other ultra-high-end workstations.

Frankly, this power supply is absurd, but so is its intended use case. Due to its high wattage capacity, it cannot be used in most homes in the US, as it is not compatible with standard 110V US outlets. This PSU needs higher voltage outlets (200V-240V) to work. Thankfully, these outlets are standard in the UK and Europe.

This power supply, like most modern PC PSUs, is ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5 compliant. Note that this PSU is rated to operate 24/7 at operating temperatures of 50 degrees Celsius. Furthermore, it features a Cybenetics Platinum rating.
