Thermal Grizzly adds a wired WireView Pro II GPU to its 12V-2×6 product line

Thermal Grizzly boosts WireView Pro II compatibility with its new “Wired” model

Thermal Grizzly has added a new “wired” option to its WireVire Pro II GPU power monitoring tool lineup. This increases the GPU compatibility of the company’s WireView tool by using a fixed 40m 12V-2×6 cable instead of a direct-to-GPU 12V-2×6 power plug. This enables compatibility with GPUs with unusual power inputs, including Nvidia’s Founders Edition GPU models.

Using the provided brackets, users of the WireView Pro II Wired can mount their device wherever they want inside their systems. This new model is available in Black and White, and carries a €30 premium over the WireView Pro II’s standard models.

Like all WireView Pro II units, Thermal Grizzly’s new Wired model includes an integrated fan, supports per-pin 12V-2×6 sensing, and features a built-in TFT-IPS display.

The WireView Pro II has an automatic system shutdown feature

The most useful feature of Thermal Grizzly’s new 16-pin cable monitoring tool is its system shutdown feature. It can link to your PC’s power button using a splitter cable. This allows the WireView Pro II to automatically shut down your PC if major issues are detected. This will prevent your GPU or power cables from burning, as it detects dangerously uneven power delivery before heat can build up. This stops excessive heat buildup and prevents GPU power cables and connectors from melting.

Thermal Grizzly’s new Wired WireView Pro II is now available to pre-order on Thermal Grizzly’s webstore.
