Thermaltake launches its TT PowerCare after-sales support program in the UK
Thermaltake has just launched its new TT PowerCare program in the UK, offering buyers fast PSU replacements alongside their existing extended warranties. Once a PSU is verified as faulty, Thermaltake UK will arrange a replacement within 48 working hours. This will give Thermaltake PSU buyers a faster and simpler support process in the UK.
This system will ensure that users of Thermaltake PSUs suffer minimal downtime should their PSU be faulty. This program started on March 1st in the UK, and applies to Thermaltake’s entire PSU range. However, it should be noted that PC builders must purchase their PSU from a retailer that’s participating in the program.
Note that users will not be required to return their faulty PSU. Once their PSU is confirmed as faulty, UK customers will be sent a replacement.

Thanks to this new program, Thermaltake is streamlining its support experience so that users can have their problems resolved quickly. Now that Thermaltake has stepped up, it will be interesting to see if other PSU manufacturers follow suit and offer UK customers similar levels of support. If Thermaltake can do it, why can’t other brands?
