AMD launches Ryzen/Radeon Warhammer 40K Space Marine 2 game bundle

AMD launched a new two game bundle for their older Ryzen and Radeon products

AMD has today launched a new gaming bundle that gives purchasers of select Ryzen and Radeon products free copies of both Warhammer 40K: Space Marine 2 and Unknown 9: Awakening on PC. These bundles apply to selected Ryzen 7000 CPUs, Radeon 7000 GPUs, laptops, and systems when purchased from participating retailers.

What’s notable about this new game bundle is that it is not available with AMD’s new Zen 5 based CPU products. Neither AMD Ryzen 9000 series CPUs or Ryzen AI 300 series laptops are currently part of this bundle. This gives AMD customers incentive to purchase last-generation AMD products over their newer, more performant, counterparts.

This bundle will be available between August 6th and October 5th, with game codes being redeemable until November 2nd.

Another oddity of this bundle is that it will not be available with as many CPUs and GPUs in Japan. In Japan, this bundle will not be available with RX 7800 XT or lower GPUs, or Ryzen 9 7900 and lower CPUs. AMD has not commented on why this bundle isn’t available with these products in Japan.
