Assassin's Creed III is now available for free on UPlay

 
Assassin's Creed III is now available for free on UPlay as part of the companies Ubi 30 initiative, which has delivered PC gamers classic Ubisoft games for free since the start of E3 2016. 
 
Assassin's Creed III has now replaced Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon as Ubisoft's Free Ubi 30 game, bringing PC gamers into the American Revolution, where PC gamers have the chance to play as Native American Assassin Connor Kenway as he fights against the scheming Templars as the manipulate both sides of the conflict.

Below are the PC system requirements for Assassin's Creed III.

  • OS: Windows Vista (SP2) / Windows 7 (SP1) / Windows 8 
  • Processor: 2.60 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 or 2.60 GHz AMD Athlon II X4 620 
  • Memory: 2 GB 
  • Graphics: 512 MB DirectX 10—compliant with Shader Model 4.0 or higher 
  • DirectX: 10 
  • Hard Drive: 17 GB 
  • Sound: DirectX 10—compliant (5.1 surround sound recommended)

  • Processor: 2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400 or 3.00 GHz AMD Phenom II X4 940

  • DirectX: 10 
  • Hard Drive: 17 GB 
  • Sound: DirectX 10–compliant (5.1 surround sound recommended)
