Atomic Heart receives a lengthy gameplay overview trailer

Mundfish has just released a new 8-minute long gameplay overview trailer for their upcoming cinematic shooter Atomic Heart, a Bioshock-like FPS that is based within a utopian Soviet era that has gone haywire.

In Atomic Heart, humans were liberated from the challenges of manual labour by robots, allowing citizens to focus on science and the arts. With the launch of a new robot control system being mere days away, something went wrong, making robots rebel against their creators and mutated monsters rise from the debris of secret experiments.

In Atomic Heart, players must uncover the truth behind the tragedy that destroyed the game's utopian society, using their experimental power glove and its unique powers to to survive against robotic and mutated opponents alike.

The trailer below showcases the world of Atomic Heart, the game's combat, and the game's strong visuals.

Atomic Heart is due to release on February 21st on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5. The game will be available at launch through Xbox Game Pass.

On PC, Atomic Heart will support extensive use of ray tracing effects, and will support Nvidia's DLSS 3 technology on day-1.
