Boxed Release of Dying Light Delayed in the UK
As announced on the official Dying Light Facebook page, the boxed Release of Dying Light will be Delayed in the UK and many other territories, this however will not affect the digital release. The developer has not given a physical launch date or an ETA on the Physical copies of the title for Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia.
Below is the official statement from Techland;
There will be a short delay in the release of physical copies of Dying Light in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australia. The game will have a global digital release on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC of January 27, 2015. As physical production has a longer lead time than digital there is some delay in the aforementioned territories. We will share information on the availability of physical copies as soon as it is confirmed.
Thankfully this delay in the retail availability of Physical copies of the game will not affect the digital release of the game, so many of us PC gamers, especially those who have abandoned their DVD drives will be unaffected.
You can view the PC requirements of the PC version of Dying Light here.
