Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare Console Resolutions announced

Sledgehammer games have recently announced the console resolutions of of their upcoming title, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare. On the Xbox One the game will run at 1360x1080, but be stretched to full 1080p while the PS4 will run at a native 1080p resolution. Both versions will be able to run at 60FPS on both consoles.

Below I have linked a video to TotalBiscuit's Port Report on the title for those of you that are interested in the PC version, which so far looks like a pretty good PC port (Unlike Call of Duty: Ghosts).

We have already shown you guys the PC requirements of the Advanced Warfare and while the minimum requirements are fairly low the game has a tonne of visual options which will be able to stress even the most beefy rigs. So far the game looks like it will be a good PC port, including support for >60FPS refresh rates, fully rebindable keys and and FOV slider at launch. While at present the game caps the framerate at 91FPS in multiplayer which will disappoint many 120Hz monitor users  I hear that this may be patched out at a later stage.

I kinda like the movement in it (from what I've seen). Maybe this future goof stuff is the way forward for CoD. Nice to see they've tried with porting this time round as well. Good job.Quote

I was playing the single player last night. So far it seems like a really good port bar the lack of eyefinity support.
I've found a bug or too with setting up graphics options but once they are configured the game runs perfect.
A million times better than the cod ghosts experience.Quote

I have not played the single player side of it but the multiplayer is smoother than Ghost's in terms of running it but the Peer To Peer server system has already killed, the game for me as the lag is just hideous.

I also cannot run it at 1080p, 1440p, 1600p or 4k at anything above 60fps unless I turn it all the way down to medium and the AA and HBAO off completly, and that is even with a overclock on my 3930k and a overclock on both my GTX780Ti's, I also took off the overclocks in case it didn't like it and the frame rate was just as bad.

Going to give the campaign a try now and see what that performs like.Quote

I tried singleplayer this morning for 10 minutes...

All settings maxed pretty much and 2x supersampling.. didn't break a sweat? you sure everything's alright over there?

Haven't tried MP yet so I dunno if they're running differently etc.Quote
