CD Projekt Red teases update 2.1 for Cyberpunk 2077
Cyberpunk 2077 is about to receive its last major update, and it will feature new “gameplay elements”
CD Projekt Red may be moving its development efforts to The Witcher 4, but that does not mean that they are finished with Cyberpunk 2077. On December 5th, Cyberpunk 2077 Ultimate Edition will be released, and alongside this new version will come update 2.1 for the game.
Cyberpunk 2077 Update 2.1 is likely to be the last major update that futuristic RPG will receive. CD Projekt Red plans to showcase the update in detail during a gameplay stream tomorrow. This stream will be hosted on December 1st, at 4 PM CET. The company has teased that the update will include “new and hotly anticipated gameplay elements”. Sadly, they have not revealed exactly what these new additions will be.
With the release of update 2.0 and the game’s Phantom Liberty expansion (see our PC Performance Review here) Cyberpunk 2077 was transformed on both PC and current generation consoles. Update 2.0 delivered new content, vehicular combat, and more. With update 2.1, the game should become even better.
On December 5th, the same day Cyberpunk 2077: Ultimate Edition hits the shelves, weâll release a free Update 2.1 introducing new and hotly anticipated gameplay elements. ð¥
