Chivalry’s 2’s latest trailer confirms PC-to-console crossplay and next-gen support

At the IGN Summer of Gaming Expo, Torm Banner Studios has released a stunning new trailer for Chivalry 2, Torn Banner Studios’ first-person medieval brawler.

Chivalry 2  will release on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5, boasting crossplay support between all of these gaming platforms. This will ensure that players will always be able to find allies and foes to keep the game’s unique type of medieval mayhem alive.

When compared to 2012’s Chivalry: Medieval Warfare, Chivalry 2 offers some significant graphical upgrades, a factor which will be especially true for the game’s PC and next-generation versions. Gamers should expect to see more gameplay for Chivalry 2 over the coming days and weeks, though fans of the game can watch some early gameplay for the title here.

Right now, Chivalry 2 has no firm release date on PC and console platforms. The game is expected to release sometime in 2020.
