Dante's Inferno declared "completely playable" on PC through PS3 emulation

It's criminal that EA never released Dante's Inferno on PC, denying the platform of one of Visceral Games' best action-adventure titles. Now, PC gamers can play the game from start to finish through emulation, bug-free and without major stutters of stability issues.

This PC playability comes thanks to the RPCS3 emulator, which has been recently updated to address the game's few remaining bugs. Better still, the game can be played at 4K 60FPS using a 300% resolution scale. This ups Dante's Inferno's resolution from its original 720p with a 3x multiplier on each axis.

Before now, Physics issues could make certain sections of the game unplayable, but now, PC gamers can enjoy crisp, high-resolution graphics, a stable framerate and start-to-finish playability.

Recent updates to the RPCS3 emulator have also introduced 3D support in supported titles; if you are one of the few PC gamers who still own a 3D compatible screen.

The gameplay of Dante's Inferno below was played using an AMD Ryzen 7 3800X and an unknown graphics card at 4K, though the footage was downscaled to 1440p during recording.
