Get ready to break through Sishui Gate with Dynasty Warriors Origins PC demo
KOEI TECMO has announced that Dynasty Warriors Origins will receive a free demo version on November 22nd. This demo will launch almost two months before the full game, which will be available on January 17th, 2025.
The Demo will feature the “Battle of Sishui Gate”. The demo version of this level will not be the same as the version in the final game. Users can play the demo with various weapon types and difficulty levels, giving them a good look at the game and its systems. This demo will be available on PC (through Steam), Xbox Series X/S, and PlayStation 5.
This demo is the same demo that KOEI TECMO showcased at the Tokyo Game Show. However, this new version of the demo will not feature a time limit, allowing gamers to play it as long as they like.
In the demo, you will be able to experience the “Battle of Sishui Gate.” While some aspects differ from the full game, a formidable foe awaits at the end – prepare yourself well for a challenge.
The “Battle of Sishui Gate” is inspired by a historic battle depicted in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms.
The lords of the land join hands in an alliance led by Yuan Shao to end Dong Zhuo’s tyranny. As the protagonist, you will join legendary warriors in the battle to break through Sishui Gate, the last defense protecting the capital of Dong Zhuoâs force, Luoyang. You can choose from four types of weapons: Sword, Guandao, Pudao, and Wheels; as well as having the option to customize arts, gems, and accessories.
In addition, you can adjust difficulty and various other settings. From players new to the genre, to veterans of the series, get ready to experience the realistic battlefields tailored to your own play style.
Like all Dynasty Warriors games, players will battle against colossal enemy armies and experience 1 vs. 1,000 battles. The game’s story is inspired by the “Romance of the Three Kingdoms,” featuring larger-than-life characters and huge battles.
