EA promises major PC update for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor
EA promises major technical improvements with upcoming Star Wars Jedi: Survivor update
EA has confirmed that a new PC update for the PC version of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be releases in “the coming weeks”. This update promises to bring “enhancements to the game’s technical performance”. This may finally address the game’s performance and stability issues on PC.
Right now, Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has a “mixed” review rating on Steam. While the game itself is loved on other platforms, its PC version has issues that ruin the experience for many gamers. Alongside technical improvements, EA has also promised to deliver enhanced controls and other “quality of life improvements”.
The PC version of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will receive an update in the coming weeks. This patch will bring enhancements to the game’s technical performance, controls and more, plus a variety of quality-of-life improvements.
Curently, it’s unknown what improvements EA will add to Star War Jedi: Survivor on PC. Hopefully, the game will be updated with the latest Super Resolution technologies from AMD, Intel, and Nvidia. Based on our prior testing for this game, improvements to CPU performance will be a must. Additionally, changes that will eliminate or lessen the impact of “traversal stutter” when moving throughout the game are also required.
Honestly, I am glad to see that EA is finally working to address the PC issues of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. That said, it shouldn’t have taken this long for EA to issue such an update. Let’s hope that this update does indeed address the issues that this game has. If not, EA can expect a lot of anger from the PC gaming community.
