EA has released their first gameplay trailer for their Dead Space Remake, showcasing exactly what their horror shooter will look like when it launches in early 2023.

Dead Space is coming to PC and current-generation consoles, skipping past PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This remake is designed from the ground up for modern hardware, taking advantage of the capabilities of the latest gaming systems to deliver cutting edge visuals.

Not only is EA's new Dead Space a remake of the PlayStation 3 era original, it is an expanded game that will feature cut content that didn't make it into the 2008 original. Dead Space's Remake has also been designed to be a seamless experience, with the power of modern PCs and consoles allowing the game to have no loading screens and be completely seamless.

At this time, EA and Dead Space's development team at EA Motive have not discussed Dead Space's new content in much detail. it is possible that the game could feature new levels, level segments, and Necromorphs enemies.

This remake brings jaw-dropping visual fidelity and suspenseful atmospheric audio, as well as new gameplay content and improvements while staying faithful to the original game’s thrilling vision.

Prepare to uncover the mystery aboard the USG Ishimura when Dead Space launches on January 27, 2023.

For the most part, EA Motive's remake of Dead Space is designed to be true to the intent of the original, though some changes have been made to make the game play better. One example of this is changes to the game's zero-gravity segments, which have been reworked.

Dead Space is coming to PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5 on January 27th 2023. On PC, the game will be launching on Steam, the Epic Games Store, and Origin.
