EA's wants to know if you are interested in Dead Space 2/3 Remakes

EA's looking into making Dead Space 2/3 Remakes

As spotted by users on ResetEra, EA has started polling selected players to ask them it if they are interested in remakes of Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 that are "similar" to their recently released Dead Space remake.

Given the success of Dead Space's remake, it makes sense for EA to see if they can continue this success with more Dead Space remakes. That said, fans of the franchise have mixed feelings about a planned Dead Space 3 remake, with most ResetEra concluding that the game will require "some changes" to reach the same acclaim as Dead Space's remake.

Honestly, I feel that Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 Remakes are practically guaranteed. EA will likely see them as an easy way to make money, and we hope that the team over at EA Motive are given the leeway to make broader changes to both games to improve them over their original counterparts.

Another avenue that EA could take is to create an all-new Dead Space game, either in the form of a new Dead Space 2, or in the form of Dead Space 4. That said, if Dead Space 4 were to ever be created, it would make sense for EA to create remakes of Dead Space 2 and Dead Space 3 first.
