Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition will be available for free next week on PC

Fallout 3 is going to be available for free on the Epic Games Store next week

If you are looking for new games to add to to your library, the Epic Games Store is a great place for you. Every week, the Epic Games Store gives away at least one free game, and next week, one of their free games will be Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition. 

While the game is from 2008, Fallout 3 remains a fantastic RPG. With the addition of all of the DLC content that the Game of the Year Edition provides, PC gamers will be given access to a wealth of content, even without mods.

On October 20th, both Evoland: Legendary Edition, and Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition will be available for free on the Epic Games Store. Currently, Darkwood and ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove are Epic's free PC games. 

PC gamers can redeem free games on the Epic Games Store from this webpage.

For me a remaster/remake would be needed as I tried to play it again last year and it has not aged well.Quote

Last time I played it through was on my Xbox 1x. At 4k. TBH? it wasn't that bad. You just have to play it for long enough so that your brain goes back to 2008

But yeah, it's crying out for a remaster. Still the best one by far IMO.Quote

I tried so many times to get into Fallout 3, New Vegas and even Fallout 4, I just can't, They bore the socks off me mostly as I've never been into the destroyed world post-apocalyptic theme.Quote
