Final Fantasy 16 has been revealed for PC and PlayStation 5

Square Enix has officially revealed Final Fantasy 16, launching the game as a PlayStation 5 “console exclusive”. Thankfully, this doesn’t mean that PC gamers will be missing out on the latest Final Fantasy. Remember that “Console Exclusive” doesn’t mean “not coming to PC”.

Final Fantasy XVI will be based in a Medieval Fantasy setting, where the world has been shaped by the “legacy of the crystals”. Mythic beats were also shown within the game’s trailer, as well as some almost The Witcher esque vibes.

It has been confirmed that Final Fantasy XVI will be an “all-new standalone single-player action RPG”, confirming that the game will lack any multiplayer elements. More details about the game will become available at a later date.

Below is the first trailer for Final Fantasy XVI.
