Ghost of Tsushima PC version to be revealed this week – Insider claims
Ghost of Tsushima could be revealed for PC this week
It looks like another PlayStation 4 classic is coming to PC. Rumour has it that a PC version of Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima will be revealed this week.
According to Nick Baker, the co-founder of Xbox Era, Sony’s PC version of Ghost of Tsushima will be revealed around March 5th. This would see the Samurai action adventure game come to Steam and the Epic Games Store, opening up the game to a new audience.
Ghost of Tsushima launched on PlayStation 4 in 2020, and re-released on PlayStation 5 as a enhanced “Director’s Cut” in 2021. The game was one of Sony’s fastest selling PlayStation Original titles. It was also a Game of the Year nominee at The Game Awards 2020. There are also rumours that a filmic adaptation of the game is in the works.
If the game is coming to PC, gamers should expect the game to arrive in its “Director’s Cut” form. This should include the game’s Iki Island expansion and other additional content. When both Horizon games (Zero Dawn and Forbidden West) were revealed for PC as “Complete Edition” games. These versions included all of each game’s DLC content. We expect Sony to continue this pattern with Ghost of Tsushima.
Iâm hearing that we might be getting something about the Ghost of Tsushima PC port pretty soon. Maybe around the 5th?

Why should Ghost of Tsushima come to PC?
Why is another PlayStation classic reportedly coming to PC? The simple answer to that question is money. Creating AAA first party games is an expensive process, and bringing these games to PC is a relatively cheap endeavour. By bringing their first party titles to PC, Sony has unlocked a new revenue stream for these games. This makes creating more AAA first party experiences more financially viable. That’s good news for Sony, and good news for PC gamers.
Moving forward, we should expect more PlayStation originals to come to PC. Sony has already committed to this, and it is clear that their PlayStation PC strategy is working. In the future, we should expect God of War Ragnarok, and Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 to both come to PC. Personally, I would love to see Demon’s Souls also come to PC.
