Gran Turismo Sport has been listed for Windows PC

Update – A Sony representative has stated that “The listings are not accurate. We have made no announcements to bring these games to PC” to IGN

Shortly after finding Days Gone’s PC listing on Amazon France, we uncovered another PC listing from Sony’s PlayStation Division, Gran Turismo Sport. If legitimate, this will make Gran Turismo Sport the first game in the series to release outside of Sony’s PlayStation ecosystem, which is a big deal for PC gamers.

In recent years, plenty of PlayStation exclusive titles have transitioned to PC, and more are coming thanks to Sony’s release plans for Horizon: Zero Dawn and Predator: Hunting Grounds on the platform. Soon, PC gamers may have access to a large amount of both PlayStation’s and Xbox’s library of exclusives, granting PC gamers a wealth of gaming content to consume.

At this time, we cannot judge the validity of this Gran Turismo Sport PC listing, but if it is legitimate, it will help give Microsoft’s Forza series a run for its money on the platform.

Amazon France’s listing for Gran Turismo Sport currently lacks and pricing or release information for the game’s alleged PC version. As with all rumours like this, take this Amazon listing with a grain of salt until Sony confirms that the game is coming to PC. Even so, this is a very exciting prospect for racing sim fans on PC.
