Capcom's latest game bundle is excellent

Humble's new Capcom Summer 2022 bundle contains a tonne of great titles, and while Resident Evil is missing from the bundle's gaming lineup, it still has a lot of great titles for PC gamers to enjoy. The bundle contains almost all Devil may Cry games, with Devil May Cry 4 being a notable absentee, Monster Hunter World, DmC (the Devil May Cry Reboot), Dragon's Dogma, Bionic Commando, and multiple Street Fighter games.

For £15.20, this bundle delivers a tonne of excellent content. On top of that, there is also a 50% off coupon for Monster Hunter Rise, which would reduce the game's price from £49.99 to £24.99 on the Humble Store. That reduction alone pays for this bundle, assuming you want to buy Monster Hunter Rise.

If you want to buy the Devil May Cry collection on PC, this bundle is a great buy, though it is worth remembering that Devil May Cry 4 is not present in this bundle. Even so, five out of six games isn't bad.

Below is what's available in the Humble Capcom Summer 2022 bundle's three tiers.

- Bionic Commando
- STRIDER
- Street Fighter V

Pay £7.59

Humble has changed their donation options (Humble now has to get a cut)

it has been a while since we have reported on a new Humble Bundle, so we are unsure when the company changed their donations system. Previously, Humble Bundle purchasers could choose where their money went, allowing gamers to give charities 100% of their purchases proceeds if they wish. Now, Humble demands a cut, setting their minimum donation percentage at 15%.

By default, the Capcom Summer 2022 Bundle gives 80% of proceeds to Capcom, 5% of its proceeds to charity, and 15% of its proceeds to Humble. An "Extra for Charity" option gives Charities an additional 10% of proceeds, at Capcom's expense, and the custom donation option can allow purchasers to give charities up to 85% of their purchases proceeds. Regardless, Humble demands 15% of the bundle's proceeds.

This move is not necessarily a bad thing, as Humble is a business and they need funding to continue operating. We just though that this change was worth pointing out, as there is no longer a "100% to charity" option.

Peace
Sounds like a great collection, but I remember that the DmC HD Collection has no proper controller support on PC. Did that change or is there a community fix or something along those lines?Quote
