Intel takes a leaf out if AMD’s handbook with its “Accelerate Your Game” Bundle
This bundle is a move that clearly comes from AMD’s handbook, offering free items as a value add-on for their latest processors to help shore up competition against their rivals. Now, Intel wants to compete with AMD on more than just performance terms, offering gamers access to 4 titles, access to Origin Access (one Month) and access to extra in-game content and Corel’s Painter Essentials 7 and Videostudio Pro 2019 software.Â
Games-wise, Intel is offering gamers free copies of Halo Wars 2, Dungeons 3, Hitman 2 and Gears Tactics alongside in-game content for The Cycle and World of Tanks.Â
To redeem these games, you will need to order an i5 or above processor or processor-based device before September 30th and redeem your access code before October 31st on http://www.softwareoffer.intel.com/. Right now, this website isn’t active, though it will be in the near future.Â
After that, users must create an account, agree to Intel’s terms and conditions and complete a quick survey to access their free software products. We expect Intel to officially announce this bundle soon, though early information is available at Overclockers UK.Â
