Microsoft Flight Simulator has arrived on Xbox Cloud
Microsoft Flight Simulator is one of the company's next-generation showcases, arriving on PC exclusively in 2020 and on Xbox Series X/S in 2021. Now, through Xbox Cloud, Microsoft Flight Simulator is now playable on Xbox One, iOS devices, Android devices, and on low-powered PCs.
Thanks to Xbox Cloud's Xbox Series X hardware upgrades, Microsoft has delivered next-generation gaming to their last-generation consoles. Beyond that, Microsoft has delivered next-generation gaming to mobile devices and low-end laptops.
To access Microsoft Flight Simulator through Xbox Cloud, all gamers need is an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, a compatible controller, and a fast enough internet connection.
Through Xbox Cloud, formerly Project XCloud, Microsoft is making their gaming services available to gamers outside of the console gaming ecosystem. Using the service, users of Xbox One consoles will be able to access current generation games on their last-generation systems and gamers outside of the Xbox ecosystem will be able to access these games through their internet browser or Android app.
