Halkhogan has announced that they have released the “final version” of their HD Reworked Project mod. This final version is the mods “NextGen Edition”, and it delivers another wave of visual improvements to the beloved RPG. This mod includes enhanced textures, models, materials, and other improvements. This isn’t just an HD texture pack; it is a comprehensive set of visual enhancements consistent with The Witcher 3’s aesthetic and atmosphere. None of the changes look out of place but deliver the “NextGen” enhancements many new players desire.
This mod is one of the most loved mods for The Witcher 3. Even CD Projekt Red has acknowledged its benefits. They incorporated an older version of the HD Reworked Project into The Witcher 3’s Next Gen update. This “NextGen” version of the HD Reworked Project adds further enhancements to the game, making the game look better than before. This is especially true for users of high-resolution displays.
