No more free weekends, The Division 2 now has an 8-hour free trial

Starting this week, The Division 2 now has a free Trial version on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Only the game’s Stadia version lacks a free trial. This trial will replace The Division 2’s free weekends moving forward, offering new players 8 hours of access to The Division 2, after which, players will have to pay for the game.

This trial will allow gamers to access The Division 2’s Story mode and level up to level eight, grant players access to the base game’s contents and grant them access to online activities. Note that the game’s in-game purchases and premium credits will not be available in The Division’s free trial mode, making these paid perks exclusive for full copies of the game.

Once the trial’s 8 hours have expired, players will be able to purchase the full game and continue their journey from where the trial ended. On PC, this trail is available on both Uplay and the Epic Games Store.
