Outriders first big patch will address the game’s stuttering issues on PC

People Can Fly games have confirmed that the first major patch for the PC version Outriders will be released next week, bringing to the game fixes for cross-platform multiplayer and fixes for the game’s stuttering under DirectX 11 and DirectX 12.

Outrider’s first major patch will also come with a long list of crash fixes, making the game a lot more stable for PC players. Overall, Outriders should run and perform as intended after this patch, freeing the game from some of its known connectivity problems and the game’s annoying inventory wipe glitch.

As part of this early patch, People Can Fly will also be working to re-balance the game, debuffing some of the most powerful abilities of the Trickster and Technomancer to bring them in line with the games other classes.

Outriders players who have suffered through the game’s early server issues and other problems will be eligible for some free in-game items, including a free legendary weapon, a sum of Titanium, and a unique “Frustration” emote. These add-ons will be available to gamers who player Outriders before April 11th and anyone who had their inventories wiped due to a known game bug.

Full patch notes for Outriders’ first PC patch are currently available on Steam.
